Inspired HR Roundup - Easter, Good Work Pledge, Supreme Court Ruling & More!

We’re wrapping up a busy few months here at Inspired HR and everyone’s been giving it their all (as usual!), so we’re embracing a well-earned break. It’s the perfect time to slow down, eat some chocolate, and spend quality time with family.

We’ll be back in action on Tuesday morning, refreshed and ready for the next chapter.

Wishing you a wonderful Easter from all of us at Inspired HR. Thank you for being part of our journey. And as always, if you need us, you know where we are.

We're heading into the Easter weekend with something worth celebrating...

We’ve officially been awarded the Advanced Good Work Pledge! It recognises our commitment to fair employment, health and wellbeing, social responsibility, and continuous learning.

This is a huge milestone for us and a real testament to the passion, energy and hard work of our brilliant team. We're excited to be leading the way when it comes to employer values and will now be positioned to help our clients achieve this accreditation! Watch this space.

What does the Supreme Court ruling on the definition of ‘woman’ mean for employers?

The Court has clarified that the terms 'man', 'woman' and 'sex' in the Equality Act 2010 refer to biological sex. This ruling raises important considerations around workplace policies, single-sex spaces and service provision, while also reaffirming legal protections for trans individuals under the characteristic of gender reassignment.

We’ve broken it all down in our latest blog. Read more by clicking the link here.
