Management Toolkit
Our 'Management Toolkit' programme has been designed to give new and middle managers a great foundation of effective management skills and concepts to ensure they get the best from their teams.
We have carefully selected our most popular and impactful management workshops to create a programme of essential skills for managers, covering the employee lifecycle.
Workbooks for each session build a useful portfolio and reference guide, and pre/post session activities keep the learning alive.
There is also the option of follow-on coaching as an addition. The six-workshop programme has the additional benefit of supporting team bonding, peer support and social learning in each cohort.
Leading with Vision
We combine psychometric principles, organisational psychology and the latest leadership research with a range of fun and impactful activities to ensure the learning is bought to life!
Each attendee receives their own comprehensive DISC personality profile and has the opportunity to review others' reports. This allows them to understand each other's preferences and priorities.
