Our 'Management Toolkit' programme has been designed to give new and middle managers a great foundation of effective management skills and concepts to ensure they get the best from their teams.

We have carefully selected our most popular and impactful management workshops to create a programme of essential skills for managers, covering the employee lifecycle.

Workbooks for each session build a useful portfolio and reference guide, and pre/post session activities keep the learning alive.

There is also the option of follow-on coaching as an addition. The six-workshop programme has the additional benefit of supporting team bonding, peer support and social learning in each cohort.
