The Inspired HR Roundup - Gender Pay Gap, Employment Rights Bill & More!

It’s been another busy week in the Inspired HR office, and as always, we’re balancing no-nonsense HR support with plenty of good humour. We believe that the best partnerships aren’t just about expert advice; they’re about working with a team that truly understands and supports you every step of the way.

One of our key focuses right now is supporting clients with Gender Pay Gap Reporting. If you’re an employer with 250 or more employees, you must publish your Gender Pay Gap Report by:

30th March (Public Sector)
5th April (Private & Voluntary Sector)

With the deadline fast approaching, ensuring your data is accurate and compliant is crucial. If you need guidance on the process, our team is on standby to help.

It’s also that time of year when holiday requests start rolling in and scheduling can become a challenge. If your business is struggling with staff clashes or ensuring adequate cover, our team can help you streamline the process! Our HR software makes managing holiday requests simple and stress-free.

If any of these areas resonate with you, get in touch today. We’re here to support your business in every way we can.

Nikki and Mark had a brilliant evening at Blyth Tall Ship Gala Dinner! It was a wonderful to be a part of an event celebrating their mission. We hosted with three of our clients; Jen Abraham, Janice Wood and Ashleigh Wright. We also shared a table with Copper Cars who were wonderful company! So much so that we've agreed to do it all again next year.
