Our pay as you go service is extremely popular with our clients and gives businesses an opportunity to experience our service and build a relationship with the team prior to adopting a retained service for their business and is only a phone call away.

If this, is you, then our Pay as You Go service is the perfect solution. You can just engage us on an ad hoc basis, as and when you want us, and just pay for exactly what you need.

All time used is invoiced monthly, in arrears. Our monthly invoice provides a breakdown of all time used along with the relevant rate charged.

Please note that travel time is chargeable for any face to face or on-site visits under our Pay as You Go service.

We help clients from a wide range of industry sectors that typically have between 1 and 500 employees (although we do work with clients who have over 1,000 employees) and we can offer a full or partial outsourced HR service depending on your size and needs.

The retained service is one of Inspired HR’s most popular services, as clients naturally have more time with our consultants and increased guidance to overcome any HR issues and to ultimately achieve the company’s HR aspirations.

Many clients are small to medium sized employers and retain us initially from personal recommendation. Some months your HR & legal requirements are different from others. Meaning we can adjust our level of service and support that you need, preventing any additional and unexpected costs to your business.
