Please find below our latest Covid-19 Policy for review and implementation as a matter of urgency. This is in line with recent announcements and updated as of 30th May 2020. This policy over rides any previous policy issued to you.
Please review this document to fully understand the guidance and actions you need to consider/implement and issue to your employees with immediate effect if they are in your business currently or upon their first day of returning to work.
Please ask your employees to complete a declaration confirming that they have no current symptoms or have been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days with symptoms if it is their first day back. A return to work form can be used for this if you have a copy of our current documentation pack. Alternatively, a signed and dated document of any kind from your employee confirming the above is sufficient.
Please also ask them to sign the attached receipt to confirm they have been briefed and received a copy of this policy. Please place all documents in their personnel files for safe keeping.
