As Sales Manager, you will be targeted on growing the company portfolio, their revenue and be responsible for the overall success of the branch.
·Drive quarterly targets, set individual targets, monitor and motivate your team to achieve them
·Identify new business opportunities through existing clients and work with senior business team to maximise and cross-sell
·Deal effectively and resolve issues or complaints, escalating any through the formal complaint’s procedure as necessary
·Establish, monitor, and manage the customer service, operational and administrative standards across all activities to ensure they are always at the highest standards
·Lead from the front providing support, guidance and coaching to improve knowledge of the sales process. Plus, managing a solid pipeline.
·Providing a first-class experience to all clients and buyers
·Proactive and reactive response to new enquiries and matching client requirements
·Proactively managing the transaction process from reservation through to completion
·Attend regular meetings with management
·Report weekly into the Senior Manager
·Responsible for managing the sales team on a day-to-day basis
·Management experience to include training, development and motivating a team
·Proven track record of winning sales instructions
·Enthusiastic and willing to work hard to achieve results
·Sales driven and ‘get up and go’ attitude
·A proactive and positive approach to business generation
·Provide excellent customer service
·Strong valuations conversions
·Polite telephone manner
·Ambitious, target driven and career-minded
·Full UK Driving license and use of own vehicle
·£24,000 – £28,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
·Working hours – Monday – Friday
·28 days holiday, increasing by 1 day with every year of service
