A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client Modo Bloc who are a forward thinking property developer that develops modern and authentic spaces for residential and commercial use, considerate of the environment and neighbourhoods situated around there developments.

You will be expected to oversee all the marketing of Modo Bloc Ltd and it’s subsidiaries and associated limited companies. The role of our marketing manager will primarily be to increase the brand awareness of Modo Bloc and to build and maintain strong business relationships with other businesses, existing clients and potential prospects.

The role will require you to have a deep and knowledgeable understanding of business marketing and communications. It will require somebody who knows the purpose of business marketing and knows how to organise a marketing department to set, achieve and surpass targets and goals set.

The function of the role will be, but will not be limited to:

  • Promoting a digital presence, including all digital media and website
  • Managing social media channels and platforms
  • Developing and maintaining physical marketing strategies, including communications and public relations,
  • Evaluating and optimising new marketing strategies
  • Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts and keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
  • Generating new business leads
  • Analysing leads and goals and tracking the effectiveness of campaigns through the measuring of returns
  • Increasing general brand awareness and market share
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the other teams within the business
  • Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
  • Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events

Essential skills & experience:

Minimum 3-5years experience in same or similar role and bachelor’s degree level qualification in marketing, business or similaror ability to prove degree level skills and knowledge (but not necessarily qualification).

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
  • Knowledge of email marketing campaigns and systems
  • Understanding and awareness of growth marketing strategies
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Creative skills including Adobe suite of products
  • Understanding and knowledge of web development or WordPress development

Full time permanent role

Salary £35,000 – £40,000
