Providing high quality legal advice and support services to clients in the residential conveyancing process.  Your role will be to provide end to end support for clients. This will involve:

  • File setup
  • Searches
  • Drafting contracts
  • Producing completion statements
  • Producing redemption statements
  • SDG L applications
  • Drafting land registry forms
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and mortgage brokers
  • Liaising with other third parties
  • File closure and archiving

Personal Specification Essential Skills & Qualifications

With between 2 years and 4 years’ experience as a residential conveyancer our ideal candidate will have excellent IT, organisational and communication skills as well as an in-depth understanding of the conveyancing process and technical title issues and the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be reliable and diligent with good attention to detail ad someone who is Self-motivated in order to work independently and as part of a team with a “can-do” attitude in a busy environment and absolute discretion in terms of client confidentiality.
